If something goes wrong
  • I sent the wrong amount. If you sent less than required, send the difference to the same address — the amounts are added together, and once they reach the full price your key is issued. If you sent more, contact support; overpayments can't be refunded automatically since there's no account to refund to and have to be handled manually.
  • I closed the page / cleaned my browser. Reopen the link you saved. If you didn't save it, contact support with your order reference if it was saved.
  • Can I share this link with someone else? No — it will contain your license key and anyone who has this link can view it.
  • The wallet app shows my payment as sent, but this page still says waiting. That's expected until the transaction is picked up and confirmed on the network — usually within a few minutes, occasionally longer under network congestion.

On Linux: after downloading, right-click the AppImage, open Properties and tick Allow executing file as program. Then double-click it to run.

Your licence runs for 30 days from activation. When it ends, scanning stops and the results you already have stay on your disk. To carry on, come back and buy BitShot again — you keep the same download and only need to enter the new key.

Your licence is stored:
